I have a hard time believing this is your "first" flash, because this was very well done! It's a well-executed, original idea. While your drawings aren't jaw-dropping they're still well done and fit the styling of the flash very well.

I'm excited to see what else you'll submit to the portal!

Kudos for doing all your own work

I respect that you tried to do all your own work, music included. However, nothing stands out here.

The music itself wasn't too bad. It was a bit annoying, but that can be overlooked. My major problem with the music was that it didn't seem to fit the flash.

The flash needs some considerable work too. The drawing was inconsistent and not very well done. Try adding a little more detail, and putting a little more work into the characters you draw. The lack of narration/sound-effects also detracts from your flash. I can see the actual material within the flash being funny, but it needs a little bit of polishing too.

Very polished voice acting, script, and animation. I can't help but feel like there could be more, but I wouldn't fault you if you didn't change anything.

I really enjoyed this.

It looked and sounded great. It was all very polished. The controls were also well-done. They were very responsive; I couldn't ask for more. I also liked your take on the different difficulties. Rather than changing the frequency or AI of enemies you changed the controls of the game, which is definitely pretty unique. The only thing I would change is the length of the game. It's too short!

Wow! What an experience. I've been playing this game for a while now and I've finally beaten the last boss! This just might be the greatest flash game that I've ever played.

Everything is top notch in this game. Controls, balance, animation, drawing, and to top it off it's a nod to both the good and bad of Newgrounds (but mostly the good). I loved every minute of playing, and I don't think I'm about to stop now that I've beaten it. Much kudos, I can only hope for more to come!

It's Lacking

When you remake a game you should improve upon it. All you did here was downgrade the graphics. Try and add something more to the game, perhaps adding different graphics, music, and gamestyles.

Needs Some Serious Work

You played at an offbeat tempo, and it doesn't sound very good. It basically sounds like you pushed each note with your index finger, which you probably did. The single notes aren't appealing at all. You should try playing with a bass and melody, as well as add some chords to your song.

The beauty and drama are working for me. However, the large dark spot in front is pretty distracting and is showing some banding as well as some noise. If I can see a little more detail there my score would definitely go up!
